These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Bookiewise platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Bookiewise provides B2B iGaming platform services including but not limited to: white-label betting and casino platforms, backoffice management systems, game provider integrations, sportsbook infrastructure, and related support services.
3. Obligations
Operators are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdictions of operation. Bookiewise provides the technical infrastructure; legal compliance is the operator's responsibility.
4. Payment
Bookiewise operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed based on platform usage. Details of the credit system are provided during the sales process.
5. Support
All operators receive equal 24/7 IT and Finance support through dedicated Microsoft Teams groups. Support inquiries should follow the established reporting procedures.
